Based in the heart of Ilkley, Regent Dental opened its doors as a modern community-focused private practice offering high-quality care. With no existing digital assets, they came to Dentopia to build their brand from the ground up. We designed and developed a polished website, created their full brand identity, produced photo and video content, managed their social media, delivered SEO, and launched print and merchandise assets — all crafted to position Regent as Ilkley’s leading private dental clinic.

About The Project

Regent Dental was a brand-new squat practice launching in Ilkley, and our role was to help shape the business from the ground up. We worked closely with the team to create a clear, premium and approachable identity that would reflect the quality of care they wanted to provide and help the practice stand out in a competitive local market.

The project covered every key part of the patient-facing brand. We developed the full visual identity, created the website, planned the patient journey and produced content designed to build trust from the first interaction. We also delivered ongoing SEO and social media management to improve visibility, support patient acquisition and keep the practice active across digital channels.

Beyond the online presence, we created a range of print and merchandising assets to ensure the Regent Dental brand felt consistent at every touchpoint, from marketing materials to items used within the practice. The result was a cohesive launch platform that gave the team a professional identity, a strong digital presence and the tools needed to grow with confidence within the surrounding local community.

Problem Statement

As a new squat practice, Regent Dental was entering the market without an established patient base, brand reputation or existing digital presence. The team needed more than a logo or basic website; they needed a complete identity that would communicate quality, build local trust and support long-term growth. Every element had to feel consistent, from the website and social media to signage, printed materials and patient communication, while also giving the practice a strong foundation for SEO, marketing and future patient acquisition, without losing the warmth and personality behind the team.

Solution

We created a complete brand and marketing ecosystem for Regent Dental, covering strategy, visual identity, website design, SEO, social media management, merchandising and print. The website was structured around a clear patient journey, with treatment-led content, strong calls to action and a premium but approachable tone. We then carried the brand across social content, printed assets and in-practice materials to create consistency at every touchpoint. This gave Regent Dental a polished launch, stronger visibility and a scalable platform for continued growth, ongoing campaigns and future expansion as the practice develops.

WHAT WE PROVIDED

Logo & Brand Design

Starting with a blank slate, we developed Regent Dental's entire visual identity, from colour palette and typography to logo concepts and brand tone. With the previous practice bearing the name Regent, it was important to keep some continuity with the recognition of the location. The final brand direction reflects calm professionalism, clinical precision, and premium care. Their new logo is clean and timeless, designed to look just as strong online as it does across print, signage, and merchandise. This brand identity now underpins every touchpoint and creates the cohesive, trusted image a new practice needs to stand out.

Merchandise

To bring their new brand into the real world, we produced a range of high-quality merchandise that patients instantly recognise. This included branded referral packs, pens, notepads, aligner cases, paper bags, and lip balms to give patients the perfect thank you present. Each item was designed to feel premium and consistent with the new visual identity, helping Regent Dental make a strong first impression, increase brand recall, and elevate the patient experience from the very first appointment.

Social Media Marketing (SMM)

With no previous presence online, we built Regent Dental's social media identity from scratch. This included creating a cohesive visual style, launching their channels, and developing a content strategy centred on education, personality, and trust. We produced branded graphics, reels, captions, and monthly content calendars to grow awareness and drive early engagement. Our approach has helped Regent Dental quickly build a community, attract initial patients, and position themselves as a modern, friendly, and clinically credible practice.

SEO

Because the practice was brand new, we implemented a full SEO foundation designed to accelerate early visibility and establish long-term authority. This included keyword research, on-page optimisation, metadata creation, technical SEO improvements, and the creation of local-focused landing pages. These elements ensure the website is structured properly from day one, allowing Regent Dental to begin ranking competitively in their area and generating organic enquiries as the practice grows.

Photography & Videography

To give Regent Dental a strong, human, and welcoming presence, we carried out a number of full photoshoot and video capture sessions at the practice. We produced professional images of the team, clinic, equipment, and patient journey, along with short-form videos ideal for social media and the website. These visual assets form the backbone of their brand, bringing authenticity, trust, familiarity and personality to every platform and helping patients feel confident before they even walk through the door.

As a brand-new practice, Regent Dental needed a website that would instantly establish credibility and attract their first wave of patients. We built a completely bespoke site from the ground up, focusing on clean design, intuitive navigation, and a premium patient journey.
