About The Project

NUYU Dental was a squat practice created to offer a completely different kind of dental experience in Cheltenham. From the outset, the vision was to move away from the traditional clinical feel of dentistry and position the practice as a luxury, spa-inspired destination where patients could feel relaxed, cared for and confident.

Dentopia supported the project from the ground up, developing an identity that reflected the practice’s premium positioning and patient-centred philosophy. Every element was carefully considered, from the tone of voice and visual direction to the website design, patient journey and treatment messaging.

We created a bespoke website that combined high-end aesthetics with clear navigation, strong calls to action and content designed to make advanced dentistry feel approachable.

Problem Statement

As a squat practice, NUYU Dental had no existing patient base, online visibility or established reputation. The challenge was to launch into a competitive market while immediately communicating a clear point of difference. The practice needed to feel luxurious and aspirational without appearing unapproachable or overly clinical. Every patient touchpoint had to reflect the spa-inspired experience, from the website to the in-practice branding, while also supporting enquiries, treatment growth and long-term local visibility from the moment the doors opened.
